Accommodations

The Events Package does not include accommodations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center ($149/night/single, $149/night/double, $164/triple, $179/quad plus 11% tax & $1.50/day resort fee). Reservations must be made by phone, please call 800-422-0600 by September 10, 2023 ** to lock in this rate. Be sure to reference the Greater Washington Ceili Club AND booking ID #10786. (Unfortunately, online booking will not allow this rate.) Please remember that when making reservations, room types (including specific rooms) are treated as requests only and cannot be guaranteed.  

**Rooms may still be available at the Atlantic Sands after September 11, but the GWCC rate will not apply and will likely be higher. You can always investigate other nearby hotels that suit a variety of tastes and budgets.

Breakfast at the hotel dining room (on the ground floor, facing onto the beach) on Saturday and Sunday morning is included with the Events Package, not with the room rate.

Lodging at the Atlantic Sands includes one parking space in their parking lot. Street parking is available for participants staying elsewhere.
