2023 Fall Fling Events Package Registration

Registering for the Events Package is the best deal for those planning to fully participate in the weekend's events. If full participation is not possible for you this year, you can pay for most events individually at the door — see the Schedule of Events for prices.

The complete Events Package includes:

·       2 ceilis (Friday and Saturday night)

·       3 set dance workshops (Sat. morning & afternoon, Sun. morning) taught by Pádraig & Róisín

·       Breakfast in hotel dining room (Saturday & Sunday mornings)

·       Drink Ticket for the Saturday afternoon Social Hour/Session

·       Advance electronic copy of notes for workshop dances

·       Advance electronic lists of Ceili dances

·       Gift item

UNTIL SEPTEMBER 10, 2023:

  • GWCC Members: $224*

  • non-GWCC Members: $240*

AFTER SEPTEMBER 10 (INCLUDES $25 LATE FEE):

  • GWCC Members: $249*

  • non-GWCC Members: $265*

*There is a $5/person discount for mail-in registrations and payments made by check/cash. This discount is available to both members and non-members, including late registrations.

  • By submitting a registration form you agree to adhere to all safety guidelines of the event, including any future additional restrictions.

  • If record of your vaccination/booster is not already on file with GWCC or sent with your registration you will be contacted to follow up before your registration is accepted. Once vaccination status is verified and registration is accepted you will not need to again present proof for admission.

There are two registration/payment options: Register online (PayPal) or by sending a print copy of the registration form and payment by mail. Of course, if you prefer, admission to individual events will be available for purchase at the door, EXCEPT breakfasts at the Atlantic Sands, which are only available to those registered for the Events Package.

Online Registration:

Register each participant below using PayPal. Each participant’s registration must be entered individually.

By submitting this registration form you agree to adhere to all safety guidelines of the event, including any future additional restrictions.

1.   Use the drop-down arrow below to select Registrant Type,

2.   Complete the fields with your name as you want it to appear on your badge and contact information

3.   Click on the “Add to Cart” button; you will be redirected to PayPal.

4.   To register another person, click on PayPal’s "Continue Shopping" link to return to the Fall Fling page to repeat this process.

5.   Be sure to proof-read the details of your registration in PayPal before you confirm your order. PayPal accepts payment via all major credit cards or your personal PayPal account: choose ‘PayPal Checkout’ if you want to use a PayPal account, or ‘Check Out’ if you want to use a credit card.

6. If not already on file, send proof of COVID-19 vaccination either by email [gwccdances@gmail.com] or US Postal Service [see address below].
